Prior to the exam, I took a handful of PACKRAT exams, each scoring between a 180-190 which when you use the PACKRAT to PANCE formula, puts me around a 700 or so PANCE score. Now, a 180 is an 80% on the PACKRAT. Packrat 1: 111. Packrat 2: 149. Lowest EOR: 380. Highest EOR: 418. Average EOR: ~402. NCCPA Summative: could not take due to COVID restrictions in my state. Another valuable utilization of PACKRAT data is to analyze scores from cohort to cohort. When programs triangulate the scores, if they appear to be lower than expected - or in the case of the PACKRAT and PANCE, lower than the national mean - program faculty may want to review the curriculum on pulmonary diseases.

There's no bonus points awarded for scoring a 700 when a 400 (in reality you'll probably score 500+ by the seriousness of your post) will still pass.
